Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Fringe Adornments. Each item is thoughtfully made using natural materials and crafted with care. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Because many of our items are handmade and/or made to order, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn garments or prayer items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
